Please take note that this is for your own benefit, as I am working on one of the most delicate areas of your body, and there is certain information that I must know before I start working on you. Refusal to sign the consent form will result in your appointment being cancelled. DEPOSIT: Upon booking, deposits are required and will count towards the total of your service. Deposits secure your slot and protect your time! ✨ If you need to cancel an appointment, your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours notice. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING For your convenience, you are able to cancel/reschedule your appointment on this website as long as it’s more than 24 hours notice. 🤍 Canceling and/or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice on this website will redirect you to contact me personally. Canceling/rescheduling with short notice will forfeit your original deposit, and you will need to make another deposit to schedule a new appointment. LATE/NO SHOW I understand that life happens! If you are running late, please notify me and give me an idea of when you will be at your appointment. I will try my best to accommodate you with the leftover time. If you are running more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. No shows with no contact will not be able to book with me in the future. SICK: Once again, I understand that things happen and life has its unpredictable moments! If you are sick or are showing symptoms of illness any time before your appointment, I don’t care if it’s the day of your appointment, please let me know and STAY HOME! If you are worried about your deposit, I will work something out with you. Please do not come to your appointment sick. If you do come to your appointment sick, I WILL send you home, your deposit WILL be forfeited, and you WILL NOT be able to book with me in the future.
